Key Skills

Email Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design, build, and optimize inbound and outbound email campaigns, including lead nurturing sequences, cold outreach, and conversion funnels. Ensure campaigns are structured for maximum engagement and revenue impact.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Develop and scale lead acquisition systems using landing pages, forms, and lead magnets. Continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel using data-driven insights.

B2B Outbound Prospecting
Identify and segment target audiences based on ICP. Execute personalized, high-quality cold email campaigns using platforms like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo.

Marketing Automation & CRM Management
Manage and optimize email workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo. Maintain accurate segmentation and lifecycle tracking.

Data Enrichment & List Quality
Enrich and validate lead data using Clearbit and Hunter.io. Ensure database hygiene, low bounce rates, and strong deliverability.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue impact. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.

Email Deliverability & Compliance
Maintain strong sender reputation through proper setup (SPF, DKIM, domain warming). Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and consent-based marketing practices.

Copywriting & Messaging
Write or coordinate high-converting, personalized email copy tailored to different audience segments and funnel stages.

Collaboration & Reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or growth marketing

Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp

Strong understanding of inbound and outbound email marketing strategies

Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and Hunter.io

Familiarity with email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, domain warming, inbox placement)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance

Strong written communication and copywriting skills
