Hiring for Business Development Manager - Fashion Sector
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our fashion sector team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the fashion sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, and achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the fashion industry.
- Manage and oversee the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities that support business growth in the fashion sector.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts are signed and all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales and business performance, and provide regular reports and feedback to management.
- Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the fashion sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the fashion sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the fashion industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in the fashion sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in the fashion industry.
- Willingness to travel and attend fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
